Her primary responsibilities include teaching the System Administration and Introduction to Installation Courses. Prior to joining Hyland, she held various positions with a mortgage banking software developer. These positions ranged from Technical Support Specialist to Business Unit Manager. Lori’s passion for teaching began with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from The Ohio State University. For fun, Lori dreams of winning the lottery so that she may retreat to her favorite spot on earth, England, where she can perform her perfected Queen's wave, drink Guinness beer, and cheer on the Edmonton Oilers.
